Effective leadership inspires, motivates, and guides individuals and groups toward common goals. Governance, on the other hand, ensures that systems and institutions operate fairly, transparently, and in the best interest of the people.

 Our program's seek to involve different groups to learn, share and experience the need of been part of key decision making. If we are to transform our society, then we must participate in not only choosing effective leaders but also holding accountable bad governance. It starts with capacity building and getting involved.

Our health is one of the most important things in life. It affects our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. 

Health is wealth

Being proactive in health means taking steps to improve ones health before getting sick. Our community programe include medical checkups, awareness, and precautions taken by medics in partnership with health institutions. Volunteers are attached to health institutions and related facilities. To participate, one must be a skilled doctor, nurse, or health worker.

To leverage equal opportunities for all, we believe disadvantaged groups in our communities need empowerment and capacity building.
